Quick Start by Model

Portable Coolers: Fill the tank, plug into a standard outlet, and press power. Ideal for bedrooms, offices, and small rooms
Tower Coolers: Assemble the base, fill the tank, and use the remote to set speed, timer, and oscillation
Floor Standing Coolers: Position near a power source, fill the tank, and select your cooling mode
Outdoor & Commercial Coolers: Connect a continuous water supply for extended operation in patios, garages, and workshops

Weekly: Rinse the water tank and refill with fresh water
Monthly: Clean or replace the cooling pad and air filter
Descaling: Use a vinegar solution to remove mineral buildup
Seasonal storage: Empty the tank, dry all components, and store in a cool, dry place

Not cooling well: Check water level, ensure the cooling pad is saturated, and clean the air filter
Unusual noise: Verify the unit is on a level surface and the water pump is fully submerged
Water leaking: Confirm the tank is seated correctly and the drain cap is tightened
Remote not responding: Replace the batteries and remove obstacles between the remote and unit
