Every CoolMart evaporative air cooler is backed by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and will repair or replace any unit that fails due to a manufacturing defect.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Component failures: motor, water pump, fan assembly, and control board
• Parts and labor for eligible repairs during the warranty period
• Replacement of defective units that cannot be repaired

What’s Not Covered

• Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper storage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Normal wear items: cooling pads, air filters, and remote batteries
• Mineral buildup from hard water (use distilled or filtered water)
• Units purchased from unauthorized resellers

How to File a Claim

• Step 1: Email support@coolmart.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue
• Step 2: Attach a photo or short video showing the problem
• Step 3: Our team responds within 2 business days with next steps
• Step 4: Approved claims receive replacement parts or a replacement unit, free of charge

Warranty Period

• Coverage lasts 12 months from the original date of purchase
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
• Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
