• Orders under $99: flat rate $9.95
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (standard), 2–3 days (expedited)
• Expedited shipping available at checkout for $14.95
• We ship to all 50 US states (excluding PO Boxes for oversized items)

Return Policy

• 30-Day Returns: Full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Free return shipping label provided for defective items
• Customer-paid return shipping for change-of-mind returns ($12.95 deducted)
• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item

Warranty

• 1-Year Limited Warranty on all products
• Covers manufacturing defects and component failures
• Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
